Be sure and ask about these when scheduling your appointment! ** Deluxe Essential Retreat - You will enjoy an herbal facial steam, a series of mini massages at the steam bowl that include your back, shoulders, neck and head. We will soak your feet, scrub them and massage them from the knees down. You will get an organic mask that I make fresh daily, a hot towel wrap soaked in lavender, rosemary and peppermint and a face massage. After your eyes are covered with a flax seed and herb filled pillow, you will receive a hand massage from the elbows down.

Regular Essential Retreat - You begin with an herbal facial steam to help reduce stress and open your pores. While at the bowl you will enjoy a series of mini-massages that include the back, shoulders, neck and head. Then we will soak your feet, scrub them and massage them from the knees down. You will get an organic mask that I make fresh daily, a hot towel wrap soaked in lavender, rosemary and peppermint and a face massage.
